Black Motion Finally Release Much-Anticipated Album

Their much-anticipated album, to celebrate 10 years in the music industry is finally here. The duo has been promising to release it for a while now, with fans even pleading for the album release date confirmation but now it’s just dropped.

The duo released a 41 track album to mark, possibly their last album together, they Tweeted…
“As an artist, you dream about accumulating enough music to someday do just one great album, but to reach the point where you’re releasing your sixth album is beyond belief. #10YEARSOFBLACKMOTION #THEHEALERSTHELASTCHAPTER”
Even the title is some sort of confirmation that the two are going to go their separate ways, however, neither DJ Murder nor Smol has confirmed the rumours of them splitting up to their fans. Should they go their separate ways, it will definitely be a sad revelation, after 10 whole years of the two entertaining music lovers in Mzansi and across the world.

Thabo “Smol” Mabogwane and Robert “Murdah” Mohosana started their careers in Pretoria, the two legends from Soshanguve formed Black Motion in 2010 and they haven’t looked back since then. On Youth Day, June 16th, they were celebrating 10 years of Black Motion with a 2-hour virtual performance with Telkom Plus.

Murdah Bongz, who is currently in a relationship, is the lead DJ for the duo whenever they are playing Live. He and DJ Zinhle have been couple goals over the past couple of months, DJ Zinhle even admitted on Somizi’s cooking show “Dinner At Somizi’s” that she is a hopeless romantic and isn’t shy to express herself. Although she didn’t mention Murdah Bongz, it was as clear as daylight that the two are an item.

“I think I’m still stupid in love. I go headfirst into the relationships,”
Meanwhile, Thabo Smal, the other half of Black Motion is also focusing on his relationship with Rakgadi, the two share a child together and they rekindled their love and commitment for one another a couple of months ago. This was confirmed when Rakgadi posted.

“Happy birthday baby. Thank you for giving me the greatest gift which is our baby girl. I love you forever daddy! Here’s to many more years and babies together. I don’t have to write a long paragraph here you know how I feel, I show you everyday me and Refentse will make up for this day after lockdown. Enjoy your day,”
Whatever Black Motion’s plans are, we are just happy that they have finally blessed us with this golden album, we hope they prosper in their respective careers and love lives.
