Ntando Duma Speaks Out After Alleged Sex Tape Goes Viral

The Queen actress Ntando Duma, has taken to her Twitter account to break her silence after being inundated with questions on whether she was the woman on a viral sex tape, which set tongues wagging on social media.

The sex tape which contains materials of a sexual nature, has gone viral with many people convinced that it was Ntando Duma. Some tweeps even tagged her on the videos, leaving her with no option but to clear the air.

Taking to her Twitter account to address the sex tape, Ntando vehemently refuted the claims that it was her and reckoned that the woman bears a striking resemblance to her. Ntando said she would not engage in such a degrading act.

“I legit almost believed that was me in that video yaze yafana nami leya ngane (the girl looks like me) but for confirmation, It is definitely NOT ME and I would never do anything of that nature. Have a good day everyone.”

Last year, Cassper Nyovest also trended on Twitter after a video of a man getting cozy with a woman went viral. The rapper addressed the sex tape and said the man was not him. This follows after many said he looked like him.

Another TV star who found himself trending in 2020 after a series of videos of him at an alleged sex party went viral on Twitter is SK Khoza. The videos featured various men including SK and two women. The women later claimed they were drugged and had the internet talking.

In an apology, SK issued on social media, he apologized for his actions and said they were unacceptable “My actions were unacceptable, I beg for forgiveness. I take full responsibility, especially at a time we are faced with a serious pandemic. I should have made better decisions. I need to do better. To everyone I have disappointed and hurt, I am truly sorry.” he wrote

The actor apologized to his family, fans, and to his disgraced employers The Fergusons “Inappropriate video images of myself were leaked online and I would like to profusely apologize to my family, friends, employers and fans for embarrassing them and myself. I have put @Shona_Ferguson (FergusonFilms), my family, and @Mzansimagic in a position I totally regret,” he wrote.

Legal expert Hannes Bouwer of Cavanagh & Richards Attorneys told Sowetan that according to the Films and Publications Amendment Bill signed into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa, SK the women in the sex tape are “are victims of revenge porn.”

“If the person is not identified/cannot be identified in the publication [a person found guilty will get a] fine not exceeding R150,000 or imprisonment not exceeding two years or both,” Bouwer said.
