uBettina Wethu’s Zweli Dube On 18 Years Of Acting
Actor and gym fanatic Zweli Dube has opened up about the time that launched his acting career.
Zweli took to Instagram to share a clip of when he was on SABC 2’s Muvhango and what that period meant to him.
He said, “18 years in this game, yep believe it or not. This is where my television career took off. Well I had done a few other stints as a news reader on SABC sport prior to that, so grateful to sport on 1 as it was called in those days, but yes this right here @muvhangosa on SABC 2 was the beginning of of an incredible journey…

I learned so much plus I was a bit of a trouble maker but this man always reminded me to be humble, there is no such thing for me as a small character or small opportunity. Zweli is currently acting as a twin on SABC 1’s uBettina Wethu. He has a long term girlfriend Naomi that he cheats on every chance he gets. He sometimes uses his sexual appeal to get deals.
His mom made him the Managing Director of Nubia and he keeps messing up but his assistant, Betty always cleans up his mess, including his love life. Dingaan is termed the media play boy. We can’t really blame him because he knows how to stay on everybody’s lips. There’s always a scandal following him.
Betty seemed to be absolutely smitten with her boss and we don’t know if there’s ever gonna be a thing there or even get what she wants seeing that she has friend zoned the only man that had the hots for her.
Well, Betty finally dragged a kiss out of Dingaan but because he is not one to be tamed and being the bad boy he is, he did not just break her heart, he proposed to Naomi, leaving Betty high and dry. That man makes the “men are trash” statement so true. Whose heart is he gonna break next? Shuuu that man is bad news and by now, Betty should know that.
