Corporal Matome Justice Malesa, a dedicated soldier who would have celebrated his 43rd birthday on February 25, was laid to rest on Saturday, February 22, at his home village of Mashishimale in Phalaborwa. Who made the first move?

Howza: I did! Our love story is quite unique because I actually prophesied our marriage.

I grew up watching her on TV and had a huge crush on her. One thing that always stood out for me when she was on Craze was how she spoke Sepedi unapologetically. At the time, most presenters spoke English, but she embraced her mother tongue, and that authenticity really struck me.

I even told my mom, “I’m going to marry that woman.”

Salamina: When I first met his mother, she kept looking at me and giggling. I had no idea what was going on!

It was only after we got engaged that I found out Howza had told her years before that he’d marry me.
