Amapiano sensation Mawhoo recently took to social media to show off her new double-storey house.

She shared several photos and captioned them, “Isaiah 60:22. Life lately. I still can’t believe that I’m a homeowner.”However, little is known about Mawhoo’s house location. Against the news, celebrity blog Maphepha Ndaba has since established that the singer bought the new double-storey house in cash.

Rumour mill has it that she will celebrate her purchase with her family and close industry friends this December.

The duo no doubt performed their 1998 smash hit Dlala Mapantsula, featuring the lyrics “Hello December.”The catchy song is considered South Africa’s unofficial festive season “anthem” and is used in memes every December.

TKZee- sadly missing Tokollo – last performed at the Soweto Derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates in March.

SARS’ RECENT RAID
On 26 November, the South African Revenue Service (SARS), assisted by the police, raided MaMkhize’s R20 million La Lucia house.

However, SARS confirmed news of the raid but did not reveal if they had contacted similar raids at her other properties as alleged.

MaMkhize reportedly owes SARS around R37 million in unpaid taxes. The South African has since established that the raid was done to preserve and secure assets from the businesswoman.

The taxman revealed that the raid was part of its “effort to combat tax evasion and criminal activity that undermines the country’s economy.”

MAKING HEADLINES
A few months ago, SARS said they were progressing in the matter against MaMkhize.

Earlier this year, the publication reported that SARS failed to close down on the multi-millionaire after “there was a standoff between the two security companies when the SARS tried to seize some of her assets.”

However, reports suggested that curators visited MaMkhize’s properties in Sandton and Durban but could not gain access to them.

However, at the time ZiMoja reported that the raids came after SARS applied for an execution order at the Pietermaritzburg High Court against Royal AM owner MaMkhize.

THE family of Kwaito legend and businessman Doc Shebeleza is pleading for prayers.
“I’m shocked, as he was looking happy and healthy and preparing for the Aboguluvala event in Soweto, but we are hopeful he will make it after the operation,” said Shakes.

This is the second health scare that the Ebumnandini hitmaker has had this year.

In June, he left his fans and family worried after he was also hospitalised due to an undisclosed health issue.
