Siya Kolisi posts after Sharks win

“Thank you so much for all the support @sharksrugby family and the people of KZN great to be back here . See you soon,” Kolisi posted on his Instagram page.

The two-time Rugby World Cup-winning captain has already played several games since returning to the Sharks in September.

“When I arrived in Paris, I didn’t know what the future of my international career was but when I started playing for the national team again (in June), I realised that my body has no rest,” Siya Kolisi said in a statement last month.

“And above all, if I play for South Africa, I miss three months of the Top 14 season. I am very well paid and it makes me feel like I am stealing from Racing.

“So, for me, my physical health and the club, I want to do what is right, I don’t want to only invest half of myself. When they recruited me, they thought they had a full-time Siya Kolisi,” said the Sharks flanker.

Kelly Khumalo is accused of ‘bewitching’ her fans via her music.

Kelly Khumalo is keeping a low profile amid her ex Senzo Meyiwa’s tenth anniversary of his death and reports she may be arrested in connection with it.

But for the singer, it’s just another blip in her dramatic dating history.

For the longest time, the star – who was the alleged mistress of the late goalkeeper– has been known for her failed celebrity relationships.

Like the Kardashian family, social media users claim the South African singer “curses” every man she sets her eyes upon.
KELLY KHUMALO’S FIRST LOVE’S TRAGIC DEMISE

In 2003, Kelly Khumalo burst into the music scene when she became a finalist in the Crux Gospel Star Talent Search music competition.

The young singer would go on to have a relationship with music promoter Prosper Mkwaiwa, who proposed to her on the dating show All You Need Is Love.

However, the couple split shortly after the businessman confessed to having an affair.

Prosper – who had two failed marriages after Kelly – was involved in a near-fatal car crash in 2014, which left him bedridden for months. A year later, he died en route to the hospital after complaining about a high fever, Here are more men romantically linked to Kelly Khumalo…

Jub Jub

Later that year, Kelly gave birth to their child Christian, while Jub Jub was awaiting sentencing for his car crash earlier that year that killed four schoolchildren in Protea North, Johannesburg.

After he was released in 2017 – after his murder charges were downgraded to culpable homicide – Jub Jub claims Kelly forbade him from seeing his son. She has vehemently denied these claims.Just a few months after Senzo’s 2013 wedding to Mandisa Mkhize, the Orlando Pirates goalkeeper began seeing Kelly.

The singer gave birth to her second child – daughter Thingo – with Senzo in mid-2014. A few months later, he was shot and killed by “hired hitmen” while visiting the Vosloorus home of Kelly’s mom.

The murder investigation – filled with allegations of foul play – is a decade later.

SA lady to Rachel 3 weeks ago: ‘I’m picking up tension between you and Siya’.

Siya and Rachel Kolisi, South Africa’s equivalent of David and Victoria Beckham, have officially announced their divorce, leaving fans in disbelief. Speculation swirls around the Springbok captain’s alleged womanising as a possible factor in their split.

Siya Kolisi has been open about his battles with womanising, pornography, and alcohol. In his own words, he stated, “I had to go to marriage counselling because I couldn’t give everything to my wife; because my heart was so hard.” His honesty highlights the deeper issues that may have affected their marriage.

Rachel walked a different journey as reported, quite opposite but still normal as she found her way independently before meeting Siya.
A timeline of love and challenges

The Kolisi couple’s love story began in 2012 at a dinner party in Stellenbosch, evolving from friendship to romance. In 2015, they welcomed their first child, Nicholas Siyamthanda Kolisi, and shortly after, they embraced Siya’s siblings after a family tragedy. They tied the knot in 2016, celebrating a marriage that represented resilience and love.

Siya made history as the first black captain of the Springboks, leading the team to victory in the Rugby World Cup in 2019. In 2020, the couple founded The Kolisi Foundation to combat inequality in South Africa, and they even relocated to France for Siya’s career with Racing 92. However, after another World Cup win in 2023, they returned to South Africa, where the couple soon announced their separation.
Kolisi: Commitment to co-parenting

Despite their split, Siya and Rachel remain committed to co-parenting and maintaining a respectful friendship. They aim to show that even when love evolves, mutual support and respect can endure. This approach reflects their dedication to their family amidst personal challenges.

Siya has shared his journey of growth, confronting the realities of his upbringing in Zwide, Gqeberha. He remarked, “Growing up in the township, your parents aren’t watching you every minute, and kids end up seeing things they shouldn’t.” His experiences shaped his perspective on relationships and emotional health.

Reflecting on his challenges, Siya noted, “In my community, you see it so many times that it becomes normal. That’s not good, being immune to things like that.” He encourages others to break the cycle of silence surrounding emotional struggles, stating, “You have to speak about it, get through it. That’s why you grew up and your heart is so hard.”
Inspiring change through vulnerability

Siya Kolisi’s story serves as a powerful reminder that healing is possible, no matter one’s past. His commitment to transparency aims to inspire others to seek help and foster open conversations about emotional health. As he navigates this new chapter, both he and Rachel Kolisi will undoubtedly continue to impact many lives beyond their personal journey.

SPRINGBOK CAPTAIN’S MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS

As the first black Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi has far-reaching influence, making him the perfect brand ambassador. In fact, Time Magazine named Siya as one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2024.

After signing with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports, the 33-year-old has landed major endorsement deals with brands like Red Bull, MTN, FNB, Engen, KFC, Lenovo, and Mercedes Benz, amongst many others.

He’s also co-founded the underwear brand Franklees, and has his own collections with apparel companies Freedom of Movement and Adidas.Acting CEO Nomasonto Nlovu said: “Siya Kolisi is the perfect person to partner with South African Tourism in our marketing and promotional efforts. We seek to attract more travelers to come to visit our country.

“He is an exceptional South African whose story and journey inspire people from various parts of the globe. He is a true South African icon.”

And if Siya’s tourism gig is anything like Trevor Noah’s R33 million paycheck, it would also mean lucrative earnings.

Mandisa Mkhize, The Widow Of Senzo Meyiwa Distances Herself From Meyiwa’s Case; She’s Now Dating A Wealthy Man

Mandisa Mkhize, the widow of slain Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa, is said to be unhappy with the ongoing case and the drama that has surrounded it. She does, however, seek justice for the murder of her late husband.

Today (26 October) marks 10 years since former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa was killed in 2014. Here’s five things to know about his widow, Mandise Mkhize.
SENZO MEYIWA MARRIED MANDISA IN 2014

The former Bafana Bafana captain married Mandisa Mkhize in March 2013 but their relationship was marred by cheating allegations/

A Netflix documentary titled Senzo: Murder of a Soccer Star, shed light on how everyone knew Senzo loved women and Mandisa knew about his cheating. She appeared to be unbothered about the cheating, although she allegedly found hotel receipts in his laundry, as per the documentary.

However, things changed when she found out that Senzo fell in love with Kelly Khumalo. Kelly later fell pregnant with Senzo’s daughter Thingo, who is now 10 years old.

Another bombshell revelation from the documentary is that Senzo wanted to make Kelly his second wife. So, who is Senzo’s widow, Mandisa?
1. MANDISA IS 37 YEARS OLD

Senzo’s wife is 37years old but she will turn 35 on 24 September 1987.
2. MANDISA ATTENDED DURBAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (DUT)

According to Briefly, Mandisa attended Bophelo Impilo Private School and then Ridge Park College. She later attended Durban University of Technology (DUT) where she studied towards her Diploma of Human Resources and her degree in Business Administration.
3. SHE WAS CONSIDERED TO BE ‘WELL OFF’

Mandisa is considered to come from a wealthy family.
4. MANDISA HAS A DAUGHTER WITH SENZO

Mandisa and Senzo share a daughter named Nana. Nana would be 16 this year. She was allegedly “living in poverty” because her donors Red Farm pulled her funding but former referee Andile “Ace” Ncobo is reportedly assisting her with R1500 a month until she turns 21.

The widow, according to Zimoja, wants justice but is unconcerned about the media circus surrounding the case or the documentary.

Mandisa, according to the source, is now dating a wealthy man and prioritizes her children’s health.

“She’s done exceptionally well for herself. She’s into business and has built her own life away from the drama and everything. To be honest, all she cares about is her mental health and her children. She has no interest in the case other than justice. She has lost contact with some of her old friends who were responsible for instigating some of the incidents.”

Mandisa has previously stated that she has spent a significant amount of money finishing the house Senzo started before his death. Senzo’s brother, Sfiso Meyiwa, claims that the house was filthy and that people used it however they pleased.

Siya Kolisi was spotted without his wedding ring in the Sharks game over the weekend

Siya Kolisi has officially ditched his wedding ring in his first game since the announcement of his split from his wife, Rachel. The Springboks captain – who also plays for the Durban club, the Sharks, also wore an inspirational message on his wrist.

Appearing in good spirits, the 34-year-old shone in a stellar performance against Munster at Kings Park Stadium.

The Sharks won the game 41-24 on home turf.
SIYA KOLISI DITCHES WEDDING RING

On Saturday, 26 October, Siya Kolisi made his first public appearance since news of his split from wife, Rachel.

With all eyes on the Springboks captain, fans were quick to notice that he had removed his ring from his wedding finger. The popular player is known for wearing a green silicone ring, which is often worn by athletes.

Siya also sported an inspirational message handwritten on his wristband strapping – the sign of a cross.Previously, the 33-year-old – who is a Christian – has written the name “Jesus.”

In an appearance on Dinner with Somizi in 2020, Somizi revealed that wearing a ring on his wedding finger was important to him.

He said, “With this ring, I don’t have an excuse to say I am training and take it off. It’s for playing, gyming, and everything. I wear it all the time”

‘VERY SENSITIVE SUBJECT’

Meanwhile, Sharks boss John Plumtree was adamant that Siya Kolisi’s personal circumstances would not affect his performance on the pitch.

Speaking ahead of the Munster clash, he said of the star player in a media briefing: “He’s fine and looking forward to the weekend. He’s had a really good week and trained well. It’s his own personal business, and it’s really got nothing to do with us.”

John added: “It’s a very sensitive subject around Siya, and better that we stay out [but] we’re here for him like you’d expect from a major organisation like the Sharks.”

Remembering Senzo Meyiwa: Mandisa, Kelly blue-tick anniversary

It’s been ten long years since Senzo Meyiwa was shot and killed in a crime that has yet to be solved. And it seems the women who were close to him – widow Mandisa Mkhize and girlfriend Kelly Khumalo, are both seemingly blue-ticking the tragic day.

The Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper was murdered under mysterious circumstances in 2013 while visiting the home of Kelly’s mother in Vosloorus.

At the time of his death, Senzo had fathered a daughter with his wife and a second with his mistress. The soccer star, known for his wandering eye, also had two more children with different baby mamas.
SENZO MEYIWA’S WIDOW AND MISTRESS BLUE-TICK 10TH ANNIVERSARY

On their Instagram profiles, both Kelly Khumalo and Mandisa Mkhize failed to publicly acknowledge the tenth anniversary of Senzo Meyiwa’s death.

Mandisa – who is reportedly set to wed another man – posted a picture of her daughter Nana during a day out shopping. Nana, who is 16 years old, was just 6 when her father died.

According to reports, Mandisa has received the Meyiwa family’s blessing to remarry.Senzo Meyiwa’s widow Mandisa Mkhize is reportedly set to wed again. Senzo cheated on her with “mistress” Kelly Khumalo.

Meanwhile, Kelly, who has wiped her Instagram clean, shared several cryptic quotes about life.

One read: “Plans: Private

“Moves: Silent

“Circle: small

“Life: peaceful

“Prayers: loud”

“Heart: happy”

Senzo Meyiwa’s third daughter is Thingo, whom he conceived with his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo. At the time of his death in 2014, Thingo was only seven months old.

Having no recollection of her father, Thingo – like sisters Nana and Namhla (the eldest, by a different woman) – she has also inherited her soccer star’s looks.
A DECADE AND NO ANSWERS

According to the witnesses in the Vosloorus home – which included Kelly, her mother Ntombifuthi, sister Zandie Gumede, and her then-boyfriend Longwe Twala, as well as Senzo’s two friends Tumelo Madlala and Mthokozisi Twala –

‘I enjoyed playing Khulekani’: Msizi Njapha on ‘Umkhokha: The Curse’ role

Popular actor Msizi Njapha says he is onto bigger projects as his role on Umkhokha the Curse comes to an end.
MSIZI NJAPHA: ‘WE HAD SO MANY SIMILARITIES’

The actor Msizi Njapha who played the fan-favourite role of Khulekani Mthembu on Umkhokha the Curse tells Sunday World that he enjoyed playing the character.

“I really enjoyed playing Khulekani, we had so many similarities and differences. But I guess it’s time to let go,” he said.

“I know there’s a rumour that seems to suggest that I was becoming big-headed and egoistic on set. But this is not true.”

Njapha adds that his role ended at its peak, when he was still enjoying it as writers felt they needed to change Khulekani’s direction.

The actor also reveals that he’s already working on something big, and he cannot divulge much for now except that he’ll be making a huge comeback in the next few weeks.

He thanks everyone he worked with onset of Umkhokha: The Curse as the Mvelase family became his second family. ‘UMKHOKHA: THE CURSE’ ENDS

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela announces that Umkhokha: The Curse may not be renewed for a third season.

“Umkhokha: The Curse ending. The curtain looks set to fall on the popular Mzansi Magic telenovela when its current season ends. The show will end its current season in March 2025 and is yet to be renewed. Barring extenuating circumstances to keep it, the show is done,” writes Mphela.

TVSA reported in September that the show is currently the second most-watched telenovela with over 800 000 viewers on Mzansi Magic.

Zimoja reports that actress Sphelele Luthuli who plays Nokubonga has also left the show

Sources from the show reveal to the publication Luthuli was let go because producers did not know what to do with her character anymore.

This comes after entertainment commentator Jabu McDonald revealed that actors Kwanele Mthethwa and Angel Zuma have also left the show.

Mthethwa took over fan-favourite actress Kwezi Ndlovu’s character as Nobuntu in 2023.

The faith-based telenovela is completing season two and there is still no word from Mzansi Magic whether they are renewing contracts for season three or not.
