Thembi Seete mourns the passing of the legendary actress Connie Chiume who passed away early this week.
Taking to Instagram, Thembi penned a sweet note talking about their bond; she also talked about the pain being experienced due to Connie’s death.
“I’m taking a moment to reflect on our shared memories, as it’s tough to speak about you being gone. Yet, I’m grateful for the time we had together. You treated me like a daughter, showering me with love and warmth. I feel truly blessed to have experienced that with you,” she wrote.
“Gomora family, we were united mainly because of your parental guidance. 🙏🏾❤️You effortlessly switched between being a mentor and a friend, making us feel seen and heard. Your generosity and kindness, like when Black Panther surprised you with a cheque and you celebrated by spoiling us with food and treats, are in my memory.”
