Most Digital Single Releases by a Music Act in a Year title in the Guinness World Record. To break the record, the multi-award-winning producer and composer, Frans Phetole Lebepe, fondly known as DrumPope, will need to record and release over 1,000 songs within a year.

DrumPope wants to top that and is gunning for 1 100 releases. He joins the likes of award-winning artists Black Coffee, who in 2010 attained the Guinness World Record for longest-ever DJ set when he played for 60 hours nonstop, DJ PH, and Shimza, who played a world-first, 72-hour DJ set.This, for me, shows how resilient and dedicated we are as South African artists,” DrumPope told ZiMoja. He has currently released 30% of this ambitious goal, which marks a significant milestone. “I have not just been making anything, but have thus far made songs that I love and am sure other people will love too,” he said.

As per Guinness World Record regulations, this has to be done in a public space where he can be monitored. “This is why I have teamed up with AMPD Studios in Newtown Junction Mall and with MTN Callertunez as my official release platform,” he added.

Sangoma, artist manager, and popular Maskandi music artist Mpamehlangene is cursing the ground as rapper and MK member Zuluboy walks on. He said he regrets the day he met the Mayibuye singer.

The Kwa-Zulu Natal sangoma said Zuluboy, real name, Mxolisi Brian Majozi, has tainted his reputation after he put a roof over his head while he was down and out. “Those who know me know I manage up-and-coming artists and that I am a sangoma with over 27 years of experience. I went there when I was 11 years old, so when I speak and curse someone, you must know it’s real,” he said.

Mpamehlangene said he was one of the people present in the formation of the MK Party as an artist but was removed by Zuluboy. “He removed me from the Amaciko group, which is an artist movement in the party. He removed me and called me a thief,” Mpamehlangene said.

Mpamehlangene claims Zuluboy gave him a car to thank him after he had come to his rescue when he was down and out. “He gave me a run-down car with no gearbox, which I fixed for R14 000 to thank me for taking care of him and putting food on his table when he was down and out,” he said.He had been owing the bank for three years and could not pay for the car. The bank stopped me on the road and tried to take it. The car didn’t even have tyres; I took it and fixed it. I did not steal it; he gave it to me. This was all in 2019,” he added.

Last Week Recap
Last week’s events on the show were filled with a range of emotional moments and surprising twists. Sandile and Soka’s confrontation with Monica led to their mistaken arrest, while Zanele and Mampho’s actions resulted in Monica’s own arrest. Sandile remained downcast throughout these events.

Meanwhile, Faith learned of the possibility that Loyiso might never wake up, prompting her to seek the help of a Sangoma, offering to reveal the truth about Mangidi. The Zwide men also prepared for Mangidi’s Ukubuyisa ceremony. Elsewhere, Keletso chose Sipho as her manager, much to Molefe’s dismay, though Isaac was eventually reassured by Sipho’s vision for Keletso’s career. Sandile confided in Zanele about his sadness, leading to a heartfelt conversation where Zanele shared her recent miscarriage.Keletso’s family was upset by the terms of her contract, and Funani and Nkosi suspected Nandipha’s involvement, leading them to Tembisa.
