Just Jinjer frontman Ard Matthews got down on one knee on stage at cafe Roux in Noordhoek this weekend to propose to his actress and model partner, Tanya van Graan.

Inviting Van Graan on stage, “For a quick story”, Ard Matthews looked understandably nervous in front of the cafe Roux crowd before telling her: “I did manage to see your father” – in what was the first clue as to what was about to go down.

Thankfully, to avoid any embarrassment, Van Graan said ‘yes’.
