Viewers of the SABC1 soapie Skeem Saam took to social media this week to applaud Warren Masemola, who made his debut this week.

The Skeem Saam actor Warren Masemola’s character, Gopane has vowed to turn Turfloop upside to find his son Smaki, who went missing a few months ago.
In tonight’s episode, viewers will see Gopane holding a machete and holding the Turfloop community members hostage in Charles Kunutu’s spaza shop.
We learned this week that Gopane is a taxi driver and a criminal who’s killed before to get what he wants.
The fan-favourite actor recently revealed to Sunday World that he feels like he’s back with his people.
He adds: “It is absolutely beautiful. I actually feel like I am in Limpopo. “Being a city boy that grew up in Tshwane, the set of Skeem Saam makes me feel like I am back with my people.”
