“There’s so much to celebrate” – Rachel Kolisi marks her 35th birthday.

Rachel recently celebrated her 35th birthday without her ex-husband Springbok captain Siya Kolisi.

Siya and Rachel Kolisi announced their divorce on October 22, 2024. They released a joint statement on Instagram stating that the decision was made after “much reflection and open conversations” and that it was “the best path forward for both of us.”

 

 

 
They emphasized that they will continue to co-parent their two children and remain involved in their foundation. Rachel Kolisi rang in the New Year by taking her first solo trip to Botswana.

Rachel is currently in the process of getting divorced from Springbok rugby captain Siya Kolisi.

She opened up to her followers on social media and said since this was the first New Year’s she was spending without her kids, she booked a solo trip instead of being home alone.

“I’m in the process of getting divorced, and co-parenting my kids. This was the first new years without my kids so instead of sitting home alone… I booked a solo trip I’ve wanted to do for years!,” Rachel wrote on her TikTok video.“This is 35!!! I was surrounded by LOVE and JOY yesterday and I’m so grateful! Thank you for every message, call and random hugs in the street. Crazy to think how desperately I wanted to sneak through this year’s birthday and try do it better next year! There’s so much to celebrate.” said Rachel
