The late Msizi Mbokazi, a dedicated Maths and Physical Sciences teacher at Velabahleke High School in Umlazi, left an indelible mark on his students. Tragically, his life was cut short in December last year when he was senselessly down, leaving a community in mourning.

Despite this devastating loss, Mr. Mbokazi’s legacy shines brightly through the remarkable achievements of his learners. In what can only be described as a heartwarming tribute to their beloved teacher, his Matric class achieved an extraordinary 100% pass rate in their final exams.
