Kelly And Zandile Reconcile?

Daily Sun is reporting that the Khumalo sisters have buried the hatchet and reconciled. Kelly and Zandi Khumalo’s relationship came to a staggering end when they publicly divorced each other last year and were pointing fingers.

Zandi threatened to end Kelly’s career when she said in addition, “If I started telling you other issues your jaws will drop.”

They are reportedly in good terms at the moment and they are said to be planning a performance together. The host is Zandi’s husband Mhlo Gumede, however when contacted by the publication he denied it. “The event is not happening. I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Neither Zandi or Kelly admitted to having reconciled. In fact they did not even comment on their relationship status.

Zandile Khumalo caused a social media storm when she issued out a suggestive statement claiming to divorce her sister.

In the statement, many layers of their relationship as sisters unraveled many ‘secrets’ including how much she would be paid for her appearances in Kelly Khumalo’s reality show. That evidently did not happen. Other allegations made was Zandie going to jail, being questioned by the police and having to take a lie detector test because of her sister. Another jaw dropper was abuse allegations she endured from Kelly.

“It’s with great sadness and with a very heavy heart that I announce my divorce. If I was divorcing my husband, maybe it’d have been a bit easier and lighter, but I’m separating from a person I’ve known all my life and have shared laughs, pain, excitement and disappointments with all my life,” her statement read.

In the age of using social media as a promotional tool to market or elevate one’s career, Zandi and Kelly were accused of that. Zandi denied using this as a PR stunt as it was an extremely sensitive issue.

Other aspects of their relationship which Zandi exposed include, her sending money to Kelly and her kids “when there was a problem”. She also said Kelly was happy to exploit Zandi as a back-up dancer and “lackie” and trying to sabotage her singing career by accusing her of stealing music.

Zandi going to jail, being questioned by the police and having to take a lie detector test because of Kelly. Witnessing drugs allegedly belonging to Kelly, enduring abuse from Kelly and Zandi fully supporting Kelly without the favour being returned.
