Khuzani Mpungose Is Mourning
Maskandi King as pronounced by his fans Khuzani Mpungose is mourning the passing of his loved one.
Taking to Instagram, Khuzani said his family paid their final respect to the late Sakhiseni Mpungose today.
Sharing a picture of Sakhiseni, Khuzani wrote: “Silinyalelwe emndenini silinyalelwe kwaGuqa. Hamba kahle Khuba besisakuthanda ukuba nawe. Siyakuphelezela namhlanje.” (We are injured in the family in Guqa. Goodbye Khuba we still love to be with you. We are laying you to rest today.)
His fans took to the comments sections to share their messages of condolences.
The Ijele hit-maker also announced the passing of a veteran Maskandi artist.
Khuzani said he met the late Zondi before he started his musical journey. He said when he eventually started singing, the late veteran would listen to his demos.

On a lighter note, Live AMP presenter Lamiez Holworthy and her husband Khuli Chana are celebrating their daughter’s birthday today.
The celebrity couple took to Instagram to celebrate their daughter’s special day.
Lamiez wrote: “The happiest birthday to my little ngwana, my Dr. Princess, my broke best friend who makes really BIG plans with my money 🤣 The light of Daddy’s life who lights up even the darkest of days.”
Khuli Chana also wrote: “A daughter may outgrow your lap but she’ll never outgrow your heart. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAY NIA️ I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!”
Last month the family celebrated Lamiez’s birthday. Flaunting her expensive gifts from her loved ones on social media, Lamiez said she received 29 gifts for a 29-year-old rockstar that she is.
Her husband also penned a beautiful birthday message for her on Instagram saying: “I love you not only for what you are but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself but for what you are making of me. I love you for the part of me that you bring out. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ME!!”
He went all out to make his wife’s day extra special. Sharing some of her special birthday moments, Lamiez said he surprised her with her dream trip.
She wrote: “Not this man surprising me with a trip to a place I’ve ALWAYS dreamt of going to. That along with EVERY gift I’ve always wanted? 🙆🏾♀️Like after yesterday? Ke sharp ka Di birthday okay. So I’ve decided that I am going to stay 29 forever. 😕 Wame? @khulichana01 o lepara dawg!
