Zola Asks For Relationship Advice

Generations The Legacy actress and new mom Zola Nombona surprised many when she took to Twitter to ask for some relationship advice. “So what happens if you communicate how you want to be loved but dololo reception?” Asked the star.

Actress and DJ, Thuli Phongolo was one of the people to respond to the tweet and her response was very blunt – she informed Zola to distance herself from the situation. “Remove yourself from that equation.”

Nombona did not indicate whether or not the question was for her relationship or someone else. She is currently dating television producer Thomas Gumede. The two share a baby. Some tweeps advised her to seek advice from her close family as Twitter people do not care about her problems.

If Thomas and Zola are going through relationship problems, it would come as a surprise to many as they are one of Mzansi’s most-loved couples – especially on social media. Celebrating bump day a few days ago, the star reflected on her pregnancy, calling it something magical.

“There is something magical about having life growing inside of you Pregnancy is a beautiful & sometimes very overwhelming journey. I remember I was extremely anxious as I prepared to welcome Cebelihle and my highest priority was making sure I had a healthy pregnancy.”

She also added that it’s important for expectant moms to take good care of themselves. “The trick for me was to take care of myself by resting, eating right, monitored exercise and through that, I was able to gain the trust I needed for my body to do what it was designed to do.”

This past Father’s Day, Nombona gushed about her baby daddy, Thomas Gumede on social media, calling him the most amazing human she’s ever known. “To one of the most amazing humans, I know. Happy Father’s Day my love. Doing this parenting thing with you is bliss. Enkosi Phakathwayo ndiyakuthanda. Thixo akwandisele mntu wam.”

In March 2021, Zola celebrated her birthday and Gumede poured his heart out to the love of his life. “Happy born day my love. Everyone in your life is blessed to have you in it, I know this because you’ve brought nothing but happiness and purpose to my own life. The love and support you have given to me has literally changed my life for the better! You shine and radiate from a beauty within and I am always in awe of how people respond to your presence.” He said in part.

“You are the legs to my table, if you were to break, I would fall and land on my face” therefore I will always do my best to protect you and give you the love you so deserve.”
